Mint Green Group is looking for an established Sales Agency in British Columbia to represent two lifestyle footwear brands poised for growth in the Canadian marketplace.
This job reports to our Director of Sales – Lifestyle Division.

Who you are:
- You are a lifestyle/sportswear market specialist, with in-depth knowledge of the brands, products and retailers that drive the lifestyle footwear business in Canada.
- You recognize that the lifestyle business is not just about taking orders and you have demonstrated the ability to create compelling product assortments and proactively manage a brand within a territory marketplace.
- You have existing relationships with key lifestyle footwear destinations in and around Vancouver and are connected to the street culture in Vancouver.
Sales: Sell-in seasonal assortments and secure orders from existing and prospective customers adhering to all seasonal order deadlines and achieving or exceeding seasonal sales targets. Submit online orders through the Mint Green Group B2B system. Develop growth plans for top accounts in collaboration with Sales Director as required. Monitor marketplace inventory, report sell thru and provide marketplace feedback to Sales Director for your Territory Marketplace as needed.
Brand Management: Be the face of the K-Swiss® and Palladium® brands in your designated territory and develop and maintain strong relationships with customers. Methodically assess new sales opportunities in order to ensure the retail presentation of prospective customers meets or exceeds K-Swiss® and Palladium® brand standards.
Team Player: Be an active player in the coordination of Sales and Marketing programs within your Territory Marketplace. Participate in trade shows and sales meetings as required.
