Joanne Fletcher
CEO
As a seasoned executive with 25 years of general management and marketing experience, Joanne’s work spans multiple Fortune 100 brands including Kraft Foods, Merrill Lynch, PUMA and Nike. As CEO, Joanne leads the business with a strategic, collaborative and entrepreneurial approach, backed by a strong consumer focus, forward-thinking mindset and drive for results.
Adam Cox
President
With 25 years of corporate management experience, Adam oversees all aspects of Mint Green’s Sales & Operations, including leadership of the Golf Division. Adam is a highly respected leader in the golf industry, having worked for the Acushnet Company for 10 years, as well as leading the growth of Cobra Puma Golf’s business in Canada. An entrepreneur at heart, Adam combines his background in sales with his financial acumen to drive brands forward and fuel their growth.
Bob Côté
General Manager, Licensed division
Bob is a 35-year veteran in the golf and sports licensing business, having worked with leading brands such as Cobra, Acushnet, ’47 Brand and others. His long-standing relationships throughout the industry and his experienced sales leadership continue to be a key driver of Mint Green’s growth and success.
Michel Levasseur
CFO
Michel has over 35 years of senior management experience across multiple industries including manufacturing, construction, retail, distribution and technology for small, medium and multi-national companies. He is a fluently bilingual CPA and CA, with a boundless curiosity and an unwavering commitment to meeting corporate objectives.
