REPORTS TO: Senior Production Manager

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service-Artwork Approval Specialist to manage the process of sending artwork to customers for review and approval. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of graphic design or pre-embellishment production on apparel.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating between teams and customers to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send artwork proofs to customers for approval.
  • Communicate with customers to gather feedback and make necessary revisions.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure artwork meets customer specifications.
  • Communicate daily with sales teams to ensure that pertinent information about order changes, delays, or new opportunities are being channeled out to the reps and customers .
  • Maintain accurate records of approvals, revisions, and correspondence.
  • Ensure artwork files are production-ready and meet manufacturing requirements.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure timely approval and prevent delays in production.
  • Work closely with sales, production, and design teams to streamline the approval process.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer service and graphics design.
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
