If this sounds like you, we’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our eCommerce team. You will be responsible for managing paid media across our DTC brands, with a primary focus on Google and Meta.
Organization is key, you’ll handle campaigns, collaborate across teams, and drive testing and learning across multiple accounts. With access to a wide range of products, you’ll use your creative flair and experience in ad content creation to produce impactful ads. This role requires a balance of analytical and creative skills: you’ll need to be just as comfortable in spreadsheets as you are in creative brainstorming sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage paid media strategies on Google, Meta, and other emerging platforms to drive DTC growth.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to optimize ad strategies.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance to achieve KPIs across all campaigns.
- Handle ad budget allocation, ensuring optimal spend and ROI across multiple brands.
- Collaborate with our eCommerce, product, and creative teams to plan and execute ad content creation.
- Prepare and present performance reports.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years in eCommerce paid media with a successful track record managing campaigns on Google and Meta, preferably with an agency background.
- Channel Knowledge: Expertise in Google and Meta ads with knowledge of emerging platforms like TikTok.
- Creative Skills: Comfortable conceptualizing and executing photo and video shoots for ads.
- Analytical Skills: Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, comfortable analyzing performance data to inform strategies.
- Detail-oriented: Thorough and precise, with a focus on continuous optimization.
- Passionate About Marketing: Stays current on trends and eager to bring fresh ideas to the table.
