REPORTS TO: Senior Production Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

Leading domestic production processes to ensure synchronization in all production cycles, bringing high levels of execution and respecting the required quality and timelines.  

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Creative Logistics – All goods which require embroidery, silk-screening, and printing:

  • Create all required art for embellished orders for production through Illustrator and in design.
  • Embroidery Image uploads through ERP system.

Production – All goods which require embroidery, silk-screening and printing:

  • Ensuring all logos, spelling, artwork, and tapes are approved by our customers.
  • Handle all special requirements for individual accounts.  
  • Communicate with teams to ensure that pertinent information about order changes and delays are being channeled out to the reps and customers.
  • Be proactive in identifying recurring issues and elevating these issues so they can be prevented in the future.
  • Cataloguing customer logos and providing swatches to reps and customers when necessary.
  • Elaborating on the quality control of goods.
  • Implementing and managing Key Performance Indicators.

SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a production environment.
  • Experience in a Customer Service environment is an asset.
  • Computer literacy is mandatory (minimum intermediate level on Illustrator, MS-Excel, MS-Word.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Organized and disciplined.
  • Able to work extra hours when required.
  • Bilingual is an asset.
