Location: We are looking for Territory Managers in the USA.
POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Nike Golf Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of the brand in your territory, introducing and promoting the latest Nike Golf collection. Your role is to drive sales, meet revenue targets, and grow customer relationships by providing exceptional service and product expertise. You’ll manage accounts, deliver compelling product presentations, and ensure customers have the right inventory and marketing support to succeed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Introduce and represent the Nike Golf collection in an assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual revenue vs. targets.
- Meet or exceed pre-book order targets and number of accounts to pre-book each season vs. goals.
- Provide presentations of all new products and sales programs to territory customers and prospects.
- Create and maintain qualified list of target accounts within the territory.
- Achieve new product launch sales and distribution targets.
- Utilize and promote key marketing initiatives to maintain or grow customer/territory revenue.
- Monitor customer inventory, product assortment, promotion support to maximize profitability, sell through and inventory turns.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
EXPECTATIONS:
- Regularly visit accounts to communicate, present, and process orders.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer and head office inquiries.
- Exceed customer expectations to provide a top-quality experience.
- Maintain integrity, respect, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with customers and sales partners.
- Conduct product training and Nike brand standard sessions as needed.
- Increase sales through approved distribution channels.
- Attend company sponsored seminars, meetings, and national tradeshows.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in golf, sports, or apparel.
- Golf Knowledge: Strong understanding of the game, industry, and equipment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer Focus: Ability to provide outstanding service and support to accounts.
- Self-Motivation: Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Organization & Time Management: Efficiently manage accounts, orders, and travel within the territory.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using sales software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
